    Operating as a total business support partner, Mon-Tran specializes in Cash-in-Transit (CIT) services, HR recruitment and outsourcing, payroll management, and security solutions, including manned guarding and ATM support.
    2Where is Mon-Tran located?
    Operations are managed from the Head Office in Accra, with a physical presence in branches across all regions of Ghana to ensure nationwide support.

    1How can someone apply for a job?
    Applications are accepted through our online portal or in person by visiting the Head Office or any regional branch.
    2What documents are required for an application?
    Submission of an updated CV, photocopies of school and National Service certificates, and one passport-sized photograph is required to begin the process.
    3How are applicants notified of vacancies?
    Communication regarding new job openings is sent directly to qualified candidates via bulk SMS, email, or phone calls based on the needs of our clients.
    4Is there an age limit for applicants?
    Most roles for fresh graduates (Degree, HND, or Diploma holders) are open to those between the ages of 22 and 30. However, roles requiring more experience, such as professional drivers, often accept applicants above age 30.
    5Are these permanent or contract roles?
    Employment through Mon-Tran is typically provided on a contract basis, helping our partners manage their staffing needs flexibly.

    Training & Placement

    1Does Mon-Tran offer professional training?
    Yes. The Teller Academy program is available for fresh graduates looking to improve their banking, customer service, and professional skills before entering the job market.
    2How long does it take to get a bank placement after training?
    Posting to a bank occurs after the successful completion of the Academy program and assessment. The timing depends entirely on the current vacancies available at our partner banks.

    Fees

    1Are there any fees for recruitment?
    No payment is ever requested for the recruitment process, mobile transfers, or processing fees. Mon-Tran maintains a strict policy against charging for job placements.
    2When is the registration fee paid?
    A one-time registration fee of GHS 50.00 is only required after a job has been successfully secured. This is the only official fee associated with our placement services.
    3Does Mon-Tran deduct money from employee salaries?
    No. Monthly salaries are paid in full, and no percentage is taken by Mon-Tran as a placement fee.
