Mon-Tran Ltd is a wholly Ghanaian-owned business support company established in April 2002. We provide operational support services including, HR solutions, cash-in-transit services, bullion-in-transit services, ATM services, payroll management, training, and manned guarding.
With operations across major regions in Ghana, including Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, and other key locations, we support clients nationwide.
We take responsibility for tasks that require structure, supervision, and consistency, allowing our clients to focus on their core business activities. Our services are designed around each client’s operational needs, industry requirements, and risk considerations.

Mon-Tran was established to support Ghanaian businesses with dependable operational services. What began with banking support services has expanded into telecommunications, aviation, courier services, retail, and institutional operations.

Management Team

Tony Minkah
Chief Executive Officer
Tony is the Founder and CEO of Mon-Tran Ltd, with over 25 years of experience in institutional banking and more than 20 years of entrepreneurial leadership. Since establishing Mon-Tran in 2002, he has built the company into a key provider of cash-in-transit and HR outsourcing services supporting the banking sector.
Before founding Mon-Tran, he served as General Manager of Shared Distribution at Standard Chartered Bank, where he managed 26 branches and led Project Leopard. His experience combines a strong banking background with practical business leadership across financial and operational services.
Tony has received international training in credit and management in the United States and has gained professional exposure in India, Scotland, and Wales. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

Yaa Minkah
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Yaa Minkah was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Mon-Tran Ltd in August 2025. She brings a transformative leadership approach, distinguished by strategic foresight and operational excellence. With 20 years of experience in global, highly regulated industries, Yaa specializes in leading enterprise-wide initiatives and technology-led organizational change.
Prior to Mon-Tran, Yaa served as Director of the PMO at Blaze Credit Union, and has held cross-functional roles at Goldman Sachs, S&P Global, BCBS Michigan, and HMSHost. This background in risk management and data-driven decision-making enables her to position Mon-Tran at the intersection of innovation and reliability.
With an MBA in Business Information Systems from American University’s Kogod School of Business and a BA in International Business & Management, Yaa leverages her academic foundation to cultivate a culture of accountability and drive accelerated, sustainable growth.

John Holdbrooke
Head of Finance
Dr. John Holdbrooke is a finance executive with over 30 years of experience in financial management, governance, and strategic planning across multiple industries.
He joined Mon-Tran Ltd in 2004 and has played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial systems and supporting long-term growth.
Dr. Holdbrooke holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester, a Master of Applied Business Research, and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Swiss Business School. He is a Fellow of CIMA.

Paschal J. N. Agbenu
Head of Branch Operations and Business Development
Paschal Agbenu joined Mon-Tran Ltd with 20 years of banking experience and has since 2014 served as Head of Branch Operations and Business Development.Â
His career includes senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank, UT Bank, and First Bank Ghana, where he led Unsecured Lending, Branch Operations and Consumer Banking teams respectively.Â
He holds an Executive MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Ghana, a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from Nottingham Trent University, and an International Investment Advice Certificate from the Securities Institute of London

Rubby E. Ampim
Head of Human Resources
Rubby Ampim is a Human Resources leader with over 16 years of experience in HR management and organisational development.
At Mon-Tran Ltd, she leads human capital strategy, workforce planning, and HR governance, supporting business operations across the company.
She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and a BA in Psychology and Information Studies from the University of Ghana and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi).

Alexander Andoh Robertson
Head of Logistics and Fleet Management
Alexander Andoh Robertson has over 15 years of international experience in logistics, procurement, and operational management across Ghana, the UK, and the US.
At Mon-Tran Ltd, he oversees fleet management, logistics operations, and facilities, supporting nationwide service delivery.
He holds an MSc in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the University of Ghana Business School and has an academic background in International Relations and Law.

Isaac Kyeremeh
Senior Manager, Corporate Relationship
Isaac Kyeremeh joined Mon-Tran Ltd from Standard Chartered Bank, bringing over 25 years of banking experience across customer service, branch management, and regional leadership roles.
At Mon-Tran, he oversees the bullion business, which has expanded significantly under his leadership.
Isaac is known for his commitment to professionalism and talent development within the organisation.
